Obituary

Mr. Albert Alexander Coles was born March 14, 1966 in Forsyth County to Albert Coles and Willie Mae Wilson. He attended the WSFC public schools and was a graduate of R.J. Reynolds High School.

Albert never met a stranger. He loved his kids and grandchildren and had a big heart for everyone. He also loved to sing, dance, and playing pool.

He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Coles, mother Willie Mae Hadley; sister Francenia Coles; stepfather Raymond Hadley and devoted friend Penny Littlejohn.

Mr. Coles departed this life Friday July 12, 2024 at his residence.

He leaves cherished memories to his daughter,  Brittany Jones; sons, Ricardo Coles and Ryan (Jessica) Jones; ten grandchildren, Keasia, Nyasia, Semaj, Ricardo Jr., Rya, Ricayah, Ja'Nariah, Jacora, Kartier and Jamoura; siblings, Tony Wilson, Albert Jones and Paula Eaton; aunts, Anita Wilson and Jeanette Thompson; one niece, Kyosha(Adrian) King; two nephews, Robert & Hassan; a host of great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends, including a devoted friend and mother of his children, Angela Revel.

A service of memory will be held at 1:00 pm Saturday July 27, 2024 in the chapel of Hooper Funeral Home with Dr. Druscilla Reid Walker officiating.  There will be no public viewing.
