Ms. Angela Robin Cooke was born September 26, 1960 in Brooklyn, NY to Mary H. Cooke and the late Albert Cooke. She has been a resident of Winston-Salem, NC since 1990. "Ms. Angie" loved music and dancing. She loved watching the Mr. Rogers show. She was very passionate about her dolls which were her babies.

Ms. Cooke loved trying new foods and all types of cereals.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother Warren Cooke. She departed this life Tuesday October 6, 2026 at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center. She leaves cherished memories to her mother Mary Cooke of  the home; two sisters, Veda(Mario) Cantres and Makeba (Pernell) Beatty; one brother, Todd (Lavonda) Cooke; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends and her Monarch family. 

A service in her memory will be held at 3:30pm Thursday October 15, 2026 in the chapel of Hooper Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 3:00pm-3:30pm at the funeral home.
