Brian Christopher Thigpen was born November 24, 1965 to Reverend Sandra L. Thigpen and the Late Wilbur Thigpen originally of Chicago, IL. Due to a tragic tractor accident, he departed this life on the evening of Monday, May 1, 2023, in Wake Forest, NC doing what he loved -organic farming. He was also preceded in death by both his paternal & maternal grandparents. Chris leaves fond memories with his devoted mother, Reverend Thigpen of Winston Salem, NC;  loving companion and business partner, Tosha Davis of Loris, SC; five children including daughters, Cristina Thigpen and Cassandra Thigpen and 2 sons; 7 grandchildren; a host of extended family, Masonic and fraternity brothers, friends and associates.

Brian was a strong father figure and positive person in all the lives he graced.

A Memorial Service honoring and celebrating his life is being planned in Loris, SC, where he established his business and life over the last decade. Details will be shared soon.
