Charles Edward Hennie Jr. "Pee-Wee, 65, of Winston Salem, North Carolina went to be with the lord on Tuesday July 26, 2022, at Hospice and Palliative Care.

Charles was born February 26, 1954, to the late Charles Edward Hennie Sr, and the late Verna Mae James both of Winston Salem, North Carolina. Charles was the neighborhood handyman, car washer, auto mechanic and landscaper, or whatever you needed done he could do it.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Benny Hennie, brother Tyrone Hennie, niece Melvina James, granddaughter Kenya Alexander and caring and loving friend Donna Parker.

He is survived by his daughters Lynette Hennie and Annette (Kenneth Alexander) Hennie both of Winston Salem, North Carolina. Two bonuses' children Toni and Terry Evans. One sister Charlene James, one granddaughter Kenna Alexander, two special friends Calvin Lowery and Joseph (knucklehead) Malet.

A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday August 13, 2022 at Hooper Funeral Home,1415 14 ^th St Winston Salem, NC 27105.
