Mr. David Ross Sr. was born May 24, 1941 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to the late Fred and Lillie Bell Ross Sr. He attended the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools

He was a truck driver for Salem Produce and Vernon Produce from which he retired.  Mr. Ross was also the owner and operator of David's Garage and David's Fish & Produce on Glenn and Chestnut.

After retirement he was helpful in the Eastgate community. He assisted with transportation needs for work, store and in many other areas. He was always available for his friends in the community.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by siblings Fred Ross, Jr., Ralph  Ross and Robert Ross

Mr. Ross departed this life Thursday November 17, 2022 at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center.

He is survived by his three children; David Ross, Jr., Arianna Nicole Ross and Casey Boykins; siblings, Fayenita R. Cain, Dorothy Mae Ross and Tammy Ross; a host of  nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
