Ms. D'Han Sheree Mosby Conrad was born December 14, 1978 in Forsyth County to the late Clarence Mosby III and Louise Goins. She was a graduate of the Winston-Salem Forsyth county system. D'Han was employed as a certified nursing assistant with Pruitt Healthcare. She loved caring for others.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Christopher R. Conrad. She departed this life Monday September 16, 2019 in High Point, NC.

Survivors include two sons, Deshawn Mosby and Chrishawn Mosby; siblings, Julian Mosby, Sr.; aunts, Elizabeth (Harlie) Turner, Shirley Goins, Barbara Goins; uncle, James Goins; a host of other relatives and friends.

A service of memory will be held 1:00 pm Saturday September 21, 2019 in the chapel of Hooper Funeral Home.  The family will receive friends from 12:30pm-1:00pm at the funeral home Saturday.
