Mr. Dominique Marquis Urena was born June 19, 1993 to Linda V. Sawyer.  He was a  2011 graduate of East Forsyth High School. Dominique was an employee of East Coast Wings. He was preceded in death by a daughter. Azlynn Urena.

Dominique departed this life Sunday May 2, 2021 in Winston-Salem, NC

He is survived by his wife of the home. Ajonta R. Urena; two daughters, Alexa and Azavia Urena; one son, Dominique Urena Jr.; his parents, Linda Sawyer(Derek) of Winston-Salem, NC; one brother Antonio Urena; grandmother, Aida Volkman; father and mother-in-law,  Gregory(Tonia) Woodard of Virginia; a host of other relatives and dear friends.

A public viewing will be held Friday May 7, 2021 from 12pm-6pm at Hooper Funeral Home. Funeral services will be private.
