Master Dwight Amos Correll III, aka "DJ" was born February 19, 2012 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to Dwight A. Correll Jr. and Stephanie Frazier. He attended the Children's Center for four years and was loved by all. "DJ" was preceded in death by his mother, Stephanie Frazier; paternal grandfather Dwight A. Correll Sr; and maternal grandmother, Kathy Frazier.

He departed this life Wednesday December 4, 2019 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

He is survived by his father Dwight A. Correll Jr.; one sister Deandra Correll; one brother, Dekarter Correll; paternal grandmother, Wanda Correll; aunts, Sharma Correll and Tiffany Correll; the Children's Center family and the dedicated staff of Bayada Home Healthcare.

A service honoring his memory will be held 2pm Sunday, Dec. 15, 2019 in Hooper Funeral Home chapel with family visitation preceding at 1:30pm.
