Mr. Earnest Fullard was born April 27, 1957 in Horry County, SC to  Eddie and Catherine Gerrald Fullard. He attended the public schools and was a veteran of the United States Army.

Mr. Fullard was employed with APAC for over 30 years.  In his spare time he loved fishing and playing golf.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers and a sister.

Mr. Fullard departed this life Sunday, February 16, 2025 at Trellis Supportive Care Center.

He leaves cherished memories to his wife of the home, Shelia W. Fullard; two sisters, Leola and Brenda; one stepdaughter, Vanlentesseon Wilson; stepson, Ray Wilson; step grandchildren; step great grandchildren; a devoted niece, Georgette; other relatives and friends including a devoted work friend, Nikki.

There will be no public services.
