Ms. Evelyn Louise Ramseur Beale,90,  better known as "LOU" passed away Friday, October 11, 2019 at Trellis Supportive Hospice Care after a long illness. She was born April 22, 1929 to Vivian C. and Fannie P. Ramseur, the last of nine children. Mother, father, and siblings preceded her in death. She graduated from Atkins High School in 1946 and later from Clark University in Atlanta, GA.

She retired from Sara Lee Legg's as a Marketing Manager after 10 years of service retiring in 1987.

She leaves to cherish her memory to her daughter, Ramona Penn Raines; son Clarence Lafayette Beale III (Weomie); seven grandchildren Erica R. (Derrick) Richmond, Terra Beale, Sireyia Beale, Michael Beale, Aleisha Archie,  Clarence Archie, Billy B. Jones, and Michael Robinson; twenty great grandchildren; nephew, James H. Hepler, Jr.; and a host of other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held 12 noon Saturday October 19, 2019 in the chapel of Hooper Funeral Home with family visitation preceding from 11:30am-12pm.
