Obituary

Ms. Gracie Mae Belcher Ingram was born September 21, 1945 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to the late Ceasar and Mary Jones Belcher. She was educated in the Winston-Salem Forsyth County public schools and was a graduate of Atkins High School. Ms. Ingram was a former employee of WFBMC with over 20 years of service.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Anderson Ingram Sr, brother Willie Jones and sister Mary Mouzon.

Spiritually she was a devoted member of Shiloh Baptist Church where she served as president of the Usher board, advisor to the Youth & Young Adult Usher Board, Co-leader of the missionary society (HIJKL). She sent cards to all the members of the church. Member of the Sunday school dept, senior missionary group, secretary of the United Usher board of Forsyth county, dedicated missionary worker . She loved her "1 st Sunday Friends Group" which traveled across the city fellowshipping with each other. For entertainment she loved playing at the casinos.

Ms. Ingram departed this life Tuesday September 28, 2021 at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center.

Survivors.include her children; Curtis Ingram, Mary( Jeffrey) Love and Anderson Ingram Jr .(Gail); extended family, Tina(Doward) Crawford and Fernando Noel all of Winston-Salem, NC; grandchildren; Alethea (Ivan) Simon, Orlando, FL, William Furches III, "EJ", Curtis Williams, Alethea Furches, Andria Ingram, Antonio Williams, Dasheka Noel and Cydney Moser; a host of great grandchildren; brother-in-law James Ingram; sister-in-law, Purdies(James) Harris; devoted friends and family Joe Clinton, Larn Dillard,Willie Jones, Jr., Mary Young"Liz", Darryl Benbow; and  host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00pm Saturday October 9, 2021 at Shiloh Baptist Church.  Entombment Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 11am-12pm at the church.
