On July 9th 1979 at 4:38 in the morning the Lord blessed us with a beautiful baby boy.  This baby was born to Barbara Nichols and Herbert Tyler Dula, Sr.

Herbert Tyler Dula, Jr., departed this life on March 31st 2024 at Atrium Health Baptist Hospital.

Herbert was a loving father, husband, brother, son and friend to many. He never met a stranger.

Herbert attended the Winston-Salem Forsyth County Schools and he graduated from Forsyth Technical Institute with a degree in Business.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Helen and Bill Nichols; paternal grandparents Elizabeth Banks and Henry Paul Dula; loving aunt Hattie McLaurin and cousin Carl McLaurin, Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Triquana Braddy; daughter Dayjaney (Josef) Cowan Liner; brother Bradford Nichols Dula; mother and father Barbara and Herbert Dula Sr.; aunts Arnetta Beverly and Uleetha Dula; uncle, Clarence (Alison) Dula; and a host of cousins and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday 2:00 p.m. at First Calvary Baptist Church. The family visitation will be from 1:30 pm until 2:00 pm
