Mr. Hubert Alexander Rivers, aka "Squeeky" was born March 31, 1992 to Hubert Bernard Fowler and the late Vickie J. Rivers. He was a 2011 graduate of  R. J. Reynolds High School.

He was employed by Cash America Pawn Shop.

Hubert was a lover of sports especially the Miami Dolphins and Miami Heat. He loved to bring people together.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Everine and Charlie Ray Rivers; paternal grandparents, Tom and Elizabeth Fowler; a sister Elizabeth Fowler; maternal uncle Harold R. Rivers.

Hubert departed this life unexpectedly Saturday January 23, 2021.

He survived by his father, Hubert B. Fowler; siblings, Jose' Rivers, Alisha Rivers both of Charlotte, NC and William Rivers of Winston-Salem, NC; uncles George Fowler and Harvey Fowler; aunts, Gwen Morris, Hilda Roberts, Sarah Cunningham and Gloria Pruitt; a host of nieces nephews, other relatives and devoted friends.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm at Freedom Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Fairfield Baptist Church Cemetery, Mocksville, NC. A public viewing will be held Monday February 1, 2021 from 12pm-6pm at Hooper Funeral Home
