Imonnie Nevaeh
Baldwin
Jan 30, 2009 — Apr 28, 2025
Imonnie Baldwin daughter of Rakin Baldwin and India Brown gained her heavenly wings Monday April 28, 2025 . Born and reared in Winston-Salem, NC, Imonnie was educated in the public schools and was happy to be a student of learning no matter what book it was. She enjoyed Bible readings, stories of life and word identification just to name a few. Imonnie was an everlasting star and always had positive energy with a spark that touched your heart and soul. She was always a bundle of joy, full of life and self-determined. She loved music and was very adventurous. A very strong-willed and determined young lady, her strength motivated and encouraged those who knew her and loved her.
Though it hurts the family, friends, and siblings that are left behind Imonnie gets a chance to reunite with her big sister Iyionna Sims and her grandmothers Valeria Blackwell , and Juanita Brown.
To cherish her memories are her mother India Brown; father Rakin Baldwin; sisters Iya, Idayua Simmons , Tsushjae Rollins; brothers Loyal Brown, Zykerrian Baldwin, Kylen Baldwin, and Kayson Baldwin; grandfather Michael Baldwin , several aunts, cousins and friends that will truly miss her.
A special thank you is extended to Parish Christian, Imonnies PCA for the exceptional health care service that she provided as well as being a friend to her.
"Take your rest, rest on my child for joy comes in the morning"(Psalms 30:5)
The family thanks you for all your prayers, calls and gifts of love.
Imonnie's remains may be viewed Monday May 5, 2025 from 11am-5pm at the funeral home.
