Jackie Elizabeth King was born May 21, 1980 to the late Bishop James King, and Barbara Ann King.

She was educated in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School System and a graduate of  Carver High School. Jackie was employed by Goodwill Industries of the Blind.

Jackie has a passion for riding motorcycles.

Spiritually, she was a member of Steadfast Life Changing Ministries

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, who was her partner in crime, Minister Hattie King Myers and her brother Jamie Elrico King.

On Sunday, August 15, 2021, Jackie was called into eternal rest.

Jackie leaves to cherish her memories, her greatest joy, and the love of her life, her beautiful daughter,  Dominique King; two sisters, Techina King, and Telisha King; four nieces: Kiara, Jacquelyn, Serenyti, and Hailee; her only nephew Jason; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and  dear friends.

Funeral services will be held 12:30 pm Saturday August 28, 2021 at Hooper Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12pm-12:30pm on Saturday. Her remains may be viewed Friday August 27, 2021 from 12pm-6pm.
