Mr. James Mitchell  Odell departed this life Saturday, August 15, 2020 in Augusta, Georgia. He was a retiree of the Augusta Public Transit and worked as a professional photographer.

He leaves to mourn his wife of 41 years, Carolyn Odell, daughter, Mikki Odell; sisters, Linda McCoy and Robin Taylor; a host of nieces, and cousins, other relatives and friends.

A public viewing will be held Sunday August 23,2020 from 12 pm-6 pm at Hooper Funeral Home.

Private graveside service will be held at Piedmont Memorial Gardens.
