Juan Antonio East aka "Tony" was born October 11, 1972. He made his transition from life to death on Tuesday, November 30, 2021.

Tony received his education in the WS/Forsyth County schools, graduating from East Forsyth High School.

He was a member of Zion Hill Baptist Church and a former Boy Scout. Tony was an employee of Trinity Glen Nursing facility.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Shouse; grandmother, Amanda Alexander; two sisters, Pamela and Karen East; and a brother, Keith Shouse.

Juan leaves to cherish his life and memory his mother, Theola East; brothers, Kelvin (Cheryl) Shouse of High Point, NC, Johnny East of Statesville, NC, James (Robin) East, Kevin (Marleen) East, and Kenneth (Keziah) Shouse of Charlotte, NC; his twin sister, Duan (Elder Dennis) Little and a sister, Kimberly Shouse; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends 11:30am Thursday, December 9, 2021 at New Light Baptist Church with the funeral service following at 12 Noon.
