Mrs. Lartisa Charlette Oliver Williams "Tisa" was born on January 5,1960 in Winston-Salem, NC. She departed her earthly life on Thursday, July 7,
2022 at Genesis Allegheny Rehabilitation Facility in Sparta, NC after a brief illness.

Lartisa graduated from North Forsyth High School in 1978. She was employed as a sales representative with Dudley Beauty Corporation
with over 30 years of service, receiving copious awards for sales and customer
service during her career.

Lartisa was a dedicated and devoted member of Marvin AME Zion Church in Waxhaw, NC, and a former member of Antioch Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, NC.

She was preceded in death by her sons, Bryon Antonio Williams Jr. and Marcus Williams, and her father, Charlie M. Oliver.

She is survived by her mother, Jacqueline Rogers, stepfather, Larry Rogers, sisters, Millicent Oliver Smith of Kissimmee, Florida, Monica Lynn Oliver
and Stephanie Rogers Bitting (Jacques) of Winston-Salem, one brother, Anthony Lamont Oliver, Sr. (Roxie) of Winston-Salem, NC, nephews Anthony Lamont Oliver, Jr. (Laisha), Jacques Bitting, Jasmine Oliver Kirby (Roderick), and Jalen Bitting of Winston-Salem, aunts, Juanita Wilson,
Annette Wallace Agnew, Faye Williams, Marjorie Wallace all of Winston-Salem, uncles, Garland Wallace, Sr. and Johnnie Hinton, Sr. of Winston-
Salem, NC, goddaughters, Aliyah Gibbs of Dallas Texas, and Alana Gibbs of Waxhaw, NC, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be conducted 12:00 pm Saturday July 16, 2022 in the chapel of Hooper Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory, Walkertown, NC. Her remains may be viewed Friday from 11am-6pm at the funeral home.
