Lee Isaac Blue was born May 24, 1952 in Savannah, GA to the late Evelyn Willis Morris and Willie Blue.

A resident of Winston Salem, NC for most of his life, he attended the WS/FC public schools, was a veteran of the US Army, and was a carpenter by trade.

He departed this life January 12, 2024 at Trellis Supportive Care following a period of convalescence.

Survivors include his daughters, Rosalyn Blue Smith, Tarina Blue, Charleen Blue Poole, and Jerusha Blue Newton; 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; brothers, Willie (Geraldine) Willis, Samuel (Marshall) Scott, and Eddie Morris, Jr. of Bourbonnais, IL; sisters, Cynthia Willis, Sandra (Lester) Sheff, Linda Floyd, and Mary (Martin) Howard; a host of nieces, nephews, other reelatives and friends.

The family will receive friends 12:30pm Sunday, January 21st in Hooper Funeral Home chapel with funeral services following at 1pm.
