Mr. Leon Samuel Taylor Davidson was born May 30, 1980 to Frances Taylor and the late Samuel Harris in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He was a graduate of the Lift Academy and was a member of New Light Missionary Baptist Church.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother Nathaniel Taylor; maternal grandmother, Frances Wilson; maternal grandfather, Richard Taylor; and paternal grandmother, Phyllis Baker. He departed this life Thursday July 29, 2021 at Accordius Health of Clemmons.

Leon is survived by two children, Samantha and Nadia; his parents, Minister Willie and Frances Davidson of the home; two sisters, Benita Baker and Teretha Sims; one brother, Willie Davidson, III; a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends.

A service honoring his memory will be held 1pm Monday, August 2, 2021 in Hooper Funeral Home chapel.
