Mrs. Lucy O'Berry Carter, 99, departed this life Saturday December 27, 2025 at her residence. A celebration of her life will be held on Friday January 9, 2026 at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church. The family will receive friends from 11:30am-12:00 pm at the church. Interment will follow at Piedmont Memorial Gardens.
