Mary Ann Love was born May 17, 1936 in Philadelphia, PA to the late Colista and Borders Edwin Ramseur. She was called to her eternal home for rest on November 1, 2022 at Novant Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC.

Mary Ann was a 1954 graduate of Atkins High School. She was a Retired Accountant of Hanes Hosiery and a Skilled Teller for BB&T Bank. She was a devout Christian and prior to becoming a member of Galilee Missionary Baptist Church, she was a dedicated member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church.

Mary is survived by her children: Colista Marie Ramseur-Green, Viola Love Colbert, Wallace (Katrina) Love, Darryl (Cynthia) Love, and Daniel Tyrone (Betty) Love; daughter-in-law Karen Love, wife of Adam Love (deceased); her brother, Borders (Chrystal) Ramseur; an aunt, Eloise Lipscomb; seventeen grandchildren; thirty-four great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family members; three lifelong sisters: Ernestine Lane, Gloria Ingram (Bobby), and Sandra Johnson (Carl Ray).

Family visitation will be held 11am Monday, November 7, 2022 at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church with the funeral service to follow at 12pm. Her remains may be viewed from 12pm-6pm Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Hooper Funeral Home.
