Mrs. Norma Cecelia Miller Vincent passed away Friday August 6, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 12 noon Saturday August 14, 2021 at Central Triad Church, 2935 Cole Road Winston-Salem, NC 27107. The family will receive friends from 11:00am-12noon at the church Saturday. Interment Evergreen Cemetery. Her remains may be viewed Friday August 13, 2021 from 12pm-6pm at Hooper Funeral Home.
