Olivia Janet Green 91, was born April 17, 1928 to Charlie and Lucy Green in Winston-Salem, NC. She passed away at the Trinity Glen Nursing Facility of Winston-Salem NC on Tuesday, August 6, 2019.

Ms. Green attended the local public schools and graduated from Atkins High School. She continued her education beyond high school at Russell's Business College. She was employed at Camel City Laundry for many years until her health began to fail.

Ms. Green was a faithful member of Shiloh Baptist Church for over 75 plus years and served faithfully until declining health with the Deaconess Ministry, Chancel Choir, Ladies Progressive Ministry, Sheepfold Ministry, Vacation Bible School, was a Sunday School Teacher and willingly  served wherever she was needed.

Ms. Green was preceded in death by her mother and father, Charlie and  Lucy Green; and her beloved son, Marlon Green.

Precious and dear memories will be cherished by one daughter, Marilyn Green; 4 grandchildren, Lekenyia of Florida, Letasha, Lashundria and Sedric, 4 great grandchildren, Nadiyha, Hakim, Kameron and D.J., all of Winston-Salem, NC; 1 neice, Linda Milburn; 1 great neice, Bridgette; 1 great nephew, John Grimes (Shanta); 3 great-great neices/nephews, Blessing, Shakeya, and Mason; 1 cousin, J.W. Smith all of Baltimore County, Maryland; the Shiloh Baptist Church family and many friends.
