Obituary

On Tuesday, October 19, 2021, Pamela Penn transitioned into eternity. A native of Winston-Salem, NC , she was born on August 13, 1960 to Annie McRae and the late Harold Penn Sr. She was preceded in death by her Father Harold Penn Sr. and sister Jocelyn Penn. She is survived by her mother Annie McRae, sister Melba P. Massey, and brothers Harold Penn Jr (Callie), Michael Penn, and Byron Penn (Sonya).

Pamela was a daughter, sister, aunt, great aunt, great great aunt, cousin, and friend. Affectionately known as "Pam." Always had a caring nature and tender heart, she found joy in being surrounded with family and friends.

Pam was a faithful member of Solid Rock Missionary Baptist Church, and a devoted bible study and Sunday school attendee. Pam was full of life and spreading love everywhere she went. Pam was the aunt who loved like a mother, though she never had children of her own.

She leaves to cherish precious loving memories her aunts Dorothy Mickle, Lillie Mickle, Barbara Penn, Andrea Bush, uncle David Mickle, a host of beloved family , and dear friends

Funeral services will be held 11:00 am Saturday October 23, 2021 at Solid Rock Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. Her remains may be viewed Friday October 22, 2021 from 12pm-6pm.
