Mr. Patrick O'Neil Small departed this life unexpectedly Sunday January 26, 2025 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 12:00 pm Wednesday February 5, 2025 at First Waughtown Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Gardens of Memory Walkertown, NC. The family will receive friends from 11:00 am-12:00 pm Wednesday at the church.
