Sherri Denise Maxwell, daughter of Charlie Maxwell and the late Sharon Surles was born December 7, 1983 in Winston-Salem, NC. She attended the public schools of Winston-Salem Forsyth County and was a graduate of North Forsyth High School.

Sherri regularly attended church with her Aunt, Lois Frost, at Second Calvary Missionary Baptist Church and most recent with her sister, Cheryl Martin, at Christ Rescue Temple Apostolic Church. While visiting with Christ Rescue Temple she participated with the sisterhood and attended the national services with the United Churches of Jesus Apostolic.

Ms. Maxwell worked with the elderly in assisted living facilities starting out at Brighton Gardens then on to CRT Golden Lamb Rest Home. Before coming out of work she worked for the CRT Church office as an assistant.

Sherri Denise Maxwell departed this life on Sunday, December 27, 2020 at the age of 37.

Proceeding her in death was her mother, Sharon Surles, brother, Jeremy Jackson, Sr., Paternal Grandparents, Charlie and Betty Maxwell, and Maternal Grandmother, Betty Massey Tobe.

Her life will be forever remembered by her daughter, Destiny Allen; father, Charlie (Bobbi) Maxwell; sisters, Cheryl (Teron) Martin, Nakeesha (Tavaris) Vance, Necole Surles; brothers, Stephano (Dashira) Jackson, Charlie Maxwell Jr., Joshua (Jasmine) Maxwell; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
