Mr. Stark Weather Ford was born May 12, 1923 in Marietta, NC to Barney and Virginia Ford.  He resided most of his life in Lakeview, SC where he did a lot of farming before moving to Winston-Salem in 2005.

Mr. Ford was a faithful and devoted member of Union AME Church where he served on the usher board. Masonically, he was a member of Saint Mark Lodge #71 and Beulah Light #9 Holy Royal Arch Masons. Mr. Ford's favorite saying was " Let Jesus Fix It, He Knows Just What To Do.."

He was preceded in death by a daughter, Annette Schuler Colvin and sister, Lucille Ford.

He departed this life Friday September 11, 2020 at Forsyth Medical Center.

He is survived by  two sons, Charles Douglas(Sonya)  Schuler of Baltimore, MD and Rev. Lindsey (Tanya) Ford of Winston-Salem; a host of grandchildren; great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

Mr. Ford's remains will lie in repose Friday, September 18, 2020 from 1pm-6pm.
