Ms. Thelma Quattlebaum, 93, departed this life Saturday October 1, 2022 at the Caring Cove Assisted Living in MD. T helma was pre-deceased by her late husband Luther Mayer and her late husband Rev. Quattlebaum.  She is survived by her brother Bobby Woods (Valerie Woods).Thelma is also survived by her children Ida Ross (Tyrik Ross and Tia Ross). Deceased son Darryl (Frank) Mayer (LaTanya Goodman, Frank Quattlebaum, and Johan Mayer). Timothy Quattlebaum Sr. (Priscilla Quattlebaum) (Elijah Quattlebaum, Lisa Duncan, LaToya Boyce, Shauntae Quattlebaum, Micheal Quattlebaum and other host of brothers and sisters). Debra Mayer (Keisha Mayer, Saleem Mayer) Beverly Smith, and Teresa Mayer (Randy Mayer, Lena Mayer, Malika Mayer and Jamaal Mayer). She also has 15 grandchildren, 85 great grandchildren. She also is survived by her niece Lillian Freeman and a host of nieces and nephews and In-laws.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm Sunday October 16, 2022 in the chapel of Hooper Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:30pm-3:00pm at the funeral home. Her remains may be viewed from 12pm-6pm Saturday at the funeral home.
