Mr. Theron Thomas Brannon III, aka "Tre" was born May 18, 1997 in Winston-Salem, NC to Theron Thomas Brannon, Jr. and Angela Thompson Brannon. A 2015 graduate of Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy, Tre' volunteered with "Keep Winston-Salem Beautiful." He also cleaned streets in the East Ward with Marva Reid and the family group known as Operations Community Unity and was employed by Polyvlies, USA. He departed this life Saturday, December 24, 2016 at his residence.

Survivors include his mother, Angela Thompson Brannon; father, Theron Thomas Brannon Jr.; a daughter, Selona Na'carrie Brannon; two brothers, Michael Thompson and Amihr Brannon; maternal grandfather, Fred Thompson; paternal grandparents, Kenneth and Vernessa Wright; four aunts, Kristina Thompson, Lori Mitchell, Laci Austin, and Stephanie Swafford; an uncle, Theo Brannon; great aunt, Valjean McKinney; two cousins, Helen Hawkins and Jaliyah Austin; devoted friends, Tori Byrd, CJ Smalls, Asia Ramos, Mark Jones, and Edgar Noyola; a host of other relatives  and friends.

The family will receive friends Friday evening, December 30, 2016 from 6pm-8 pm in the chapel of Hooper Funeral Home.
