Mr. Tracy Philmont Mills was born June 22 1963 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina to the late Henry Barksdale and Ella Cundiff  Mills.  He was a 1980 graduate of West Forsyth High School. Mr. Mills attended Rutledge College. He was of the Methodist faith having  attended St. John CME Church.

Mr. Mills departed this life Thursday November 4, 2021 at his residence.

Survivors include one sister, Carolyn M.(Theodore) Allen of Fayetteville, NC, six brothers, James(Debra) Mills of Winston-Salem, NC, Fred (Doris) Mills of Kernersville, NC, Greg Mills of New York, NY, Lawrence(Daphne) Mills of Winston-Salem, NC, Maury Mills and Ivory Mills both of Winston-Salem, NC and William (Anita) Cundiff of Rural Hall, MC; one aunt, Joan(James) Render of Macon, GA; one uncle, William Cundiff of Winston-Salem, NC; a host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Service of Memory will be held 1:00 pm Saturday November 13, 2021 in the chapel of Hooper Funeral Home.
