Ms. Vickey Ann Mabry, aka 'Bootsy" was born August 8, 1962 in Winston-Salem, NC to the late Willie James and Arabella Richmond Mabry. She was a lifelong resident of Winston-Salem and graduate of West Forsyth High School. Vickey was formerly employed by Kaplan Early Learning Center for many years. She later became employed with the Oaks Center.

In the community, she was a member of the Lookout Savings Club. Ms. Mabry was a very lovable, outgoing person who met no strangers.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister, Diana Lynn Mabry.

She departed this life Saturday February 10, 2024 at her residence.

She leaves cherished memories to her two sons, Nathaniel "Nate" Williamson and Vincent Williamson II both of Winston-Salem; one granddaughter, Paisley Williamson; one sister, Pauline Richmond; two brothers, Ricky Mabry and Mark Mabry of Salisbury, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held 3 pm Saturday February 24, 2024 in the chapel of Hooper Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 2:30pm-3:00pm at the funeral home Saturday. Her remains may be viewed Friday February 23, 2024 from 12pm-6pm at the funeral home.
