Mr. William James Ziglar Jr. was born February 9, 1985 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He had been a resident of Galax, Virginia and Roanoke, VA before returning to Winston-Salem, NC. He was previously employed by the City of Roanoke Virginia.

William worked in construction, had a certificate in culinary arts and loved working on cars. He loved music and enjoyed creating and recording gospel rap. He had a gentle upbeat spirit and would always take time to visit family members. He was loved by all who met him for his beautiful smile and vibrant personality. William always greeted you with a smile and huge hug filled with love.

He departed this life Friday August 21, 2020 at his residence.

He leaves cherished memories to his son La Darion Taylor; mother Vernita Chambers; father William Ziglar, Sr.; brother, Terrance Campbell; sister, Lashonda Campbell; maternal grandparents, Vernoid (Constance) Campbell; paternal grandmother Edith Bowles; , four aunts, Angela Harris of Greensboro, NC, Verna Alhosawi (Aziz) of Saudi Arabia, Renee Ziglar and Annette Bowles of Winston-Salem, NC; two uncles, Mark (China) Campbell and Roger Bowles both of Winston-Salem, NC;  a host of nieces, nephews,other relatives and friends.

A public viewing will be held Thursday August 27, 2020 from 12pm-6pm at Hooper Funeral Home. Funeral services will be private.
